In the spraying workshop, for example, in the process of painting solid wood furniture in the spraying room, the environmental factors that have a greater impact on the painting effect are temperature, humidity and air cleanliness. The temperature is generally controlled at 25 ± 3 ℃, and the humidity is generally controlled at 65 ± 15%. Too high or too low temperature and humidity are bad. If the temperature is too high, the gloss of the paint surface will be poor, and it will appear unsmooth and rough, resulting in orange peel phenomenon, and the color of the paint film will be light and white. As a simple humidification equipment, dry spray humidifier has no complex mechanical mechanism, and the humidification effect is direct and fast.

First, let's understand the principle of the spray. In short, due to the flow of air, the air with high humidity will move to the space with low humidity, and eventually the humidity in all locations will increase, thus reducing the number of air particles. When in use, the dry fog humidification system sprays an average particle size of 8 μ M water mist, dense and fine water mist can easily catch the fine dust in the air. The captured fine dust will naturally fall and settle due to the increase in quality, and the uncovered fine dust will also absorb the water in the air, and will naturally settle due to the increase in quality.

With the increase of air humidity, the electrostatic voltage between the air and dust will also decrease. When the relative humidity of the air in the line body reaches 60%, the electrostatic voltage can basically drop to a lower point. At this time, the large floating dust in the air gathered by the electrostatic effect will disintegrate to achieve a greater effect, forming a small floating dust that will not produce paint particles.
